Stephanie dedicated her early career to public service as a litigator and Deputy Chief of Staff for then Mayor David N. Cicilline as well as the Chief of Staff to the Providence Public School District. She has over ten years experience advocating for issues ranging from public education, higher education, health related issues and lobbying for a fair and effective justice system.
Stephanie has represented numerous municipalities throughout the State of Rhode Island and throughout her career has worked closely with public officials on the municipal, state and federal levels on behalf of her clients.
Having called Rhode Island home since 2000, Stephanie is a graduate of Ithaca College and Roger Williams University School of Law and joined Capitol City Group in 2015. Stephanie also serves on Governor Raimondo's Career and Technical Educational Trust and is a co-chair of City Year Providence. She is admitted to the bars of Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Chris has extensive experience advocating for state and federal legislative and regulatory issues and governmental funding for our client’s initiatives. Beginning with his time on Capitol Hill, Chris has over 20 years of experience preparing testimony, drafting legislation and building coalitions in support of legislative and regulatory priorities. He has a depth of knowledge in the areas of healthcare, energy and municipal finance and has also represented clients across other sectors including infrastructure, transportation, education, and gaming.
Chris works closely with leaders in the RI General Assembly and Executive Branch as well as the US Congress to advocate for our clients.
Prior to joining Capitol City Group in 1999, Chris served on the staff of Congressman Patrick Kennedy and managed the Congressman's first re-election campaign. He continues to be actively involved in federal, state and local politics.
Chris is a graduate of Providence College and The Columbus School of Law at Catholic University. He is a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Associations.
Gerry has represented Fortune 500 companies, national trade associations, hospital and healthcare associations, financial institutions, governmental agencies, defense companies and energy and environmental companies before the US Congress and Federal Agencies. Gerry's services range from strategic advice regarding public relations, legislative monitoring, issues identification, lobbying, securing federal appropriations and government contracts and overall strategic planning.
Gerry founded Capitol City Group, Ltd., in 1999. Prior to founding the firm, he was a Partner and the founding member of the Government Relations Group at McGovern Noel & Benik in Providence, RI, worked at the Wall Street law firm of Hawkins Delafield & Wood specializing in public finance, and worked for Paine Webber in the Government Fixed Income Sales Department.
Gerry has served as a consultant to Congressman Patrick Kennedy, Senator Jack Reed, Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, and various other candidates around the country. He served as a National Vice Chairman of Finance of then Senator and now Secretary of State John Kerry’s 2004 Presidential campaign. Gerry has been a major fundraiser for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and the Democratic National Committee, and Hillary Clinton's 2008 Presidential Campaign. He also supports numerous charitable foundations.
Gerry is graduate of Yale University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association.
